Account Creation Requirements
Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, all accounts will be closed. When creating an account, you must:

- Choose a strong and unique password.
- Ensure the security of your information yourself.
Account Security & Responsibility
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out using your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you should immediately notify the btv22 support team.
btv22 will never ask you for your password or identity credentials under any circumstances. If you receive such a request, contact [email protected] immediately.
Account Verification
btv22 may request identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method from a member at any time for identity verification purposes. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.

Deposit Terms
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at btv22:

- Bank Transfer — BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks
Withdrawal Terms
The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be made. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
- Delays may occur if verification is in progress
- btv22 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if fraud is suspected
Currency & Conversion
All transactions on btv22 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals in any other currency are not possible. If any conversion fee applies, the member will be informed in advance.

Welcome Bonus Terms
A 100% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at btv22, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
Terms for claiming and withdrawing the bonus:
- Wagering requirement: you must wager 25 times the bonus amount.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).
- For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
- The bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
General Bonus Rules
The following general rules apply to all promotional offers:
- A bonus applies to one account, one mobile number, and one IP address only.
- If bonus terms are not met, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
- btv22 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the account may be closed.

Bet Placement Rules
A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, btv22 reserves the right to void those bets. All game and betting outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and fair.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus hunting.
- Applying fraudulent betting strategies.
- Using software or bots to gain an unfair advantage.
- Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Unauthorized access to other members' accounts or information.
If such activities are detected, the account will be closed and legal action may be taken.
Technical Issues
If any game or betting activity is interrupted due to server downtime, network issues, or a technical fault, btv22 may consider that session void. In such cases, the member's deposited funds will be returned. btv22 is not liable for any losses caused by internet disconnection.
